Welcome to our new website....

The Northern California Left Handed Golfer's Association and Club!!

The Northern California Left Handed Golfer's Association (NCLHGA) has been providing challenging and enjoyable competition for those who play the game left handed since 1946. The Association conducts a variety of tournaments throughout the year, including team and individual competitions for members and guests.

If interested in joining, please visit the Membership Page and sign up for the first year of complimentary Association Membership.   After that it is only $40 per year!

The Northern California Left Handed Golfer's Club (NCLHGC) was established in 1995 as an Associate Member Club of The Northern California Golf Association (NCGA). The Club through its membership with the NCGA provides members a monthly USGA handicap index, the opportunity to qualify for NCGA sponsored tournaments and membership privileges at the two NCGA Golf Courses, Poppy Hills in Pebble Beach and Poppy Ridge in Livermore.

The NCLHGA is one of many left-handed golfers' associations located throughout the United States. The Association and Club are nonprofit organizations governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Left-handed golfers of all skill levels are welcome to join the NCLHGA. All tournaments are formatted in handicap flights. To become a member you must be a left-handed golfer and respect the honor, integrity and tradition of the great game of golf. For tournament participation, all members and guests must have a verifiable handicap index provided by a recognized source such as the USGA's GHIN System.

The NCLHGA is more than a regional association with members from Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas and Washington. If you don't see your state mentioned and would like to be a member to represent your state, just go to our Membership page for information and at the bottom there is a short form to fill out to become a member.  Simple as that!

Thank you for visiting our web site. It will be updated as new information is received. In the meantime have fun, enjoy the great game of golf and keep it on the short grass!!
